DAYQUIL

Northeast

Rain will slowly expend across Virginia and West Virginia reaching the Washington, DC metro area by evening. Most of the rain should be on the light side.

The remainder of the region should have a dry day, but clouds will be on the increase from south to north as a storm system advances out of the Southeast.

Overnight tonight the rain continues its northward march reaching a Syracuse to New York City line by Friday morning.

Mild temperatures continue with highs in the upper 30s to middle 50s north and in the upper 50s to upper 60s south.
